Condominium Property Owners
The Municipal Property Assessment Corporation’s (MPAC) role is to accurately value and classify properties in Ontario. Your assessed value is used by your local municipality to calculate your property taxes.
To establish your property’s assessed value, MPAC collects detailed information for every property in the province and examines the key factors that influence values. This initiative is part of MPAC’s ongoing work to improve the accuracy of its data.
Please refer to the Assessment Record Form Letter you received from MPAC for contact information regarding the collection of data.
