Last fall, MPAC mailed
2008 Property Assessment Notices to the owners of Ontario’s
nearly 4.7 million properties.
The Government of Ontario has made a number of changes
to the property assessment system, which take effect for the
2009 tax year. To learn more about these changes and to
see a sample of the newly redesigned Property Assessment Notice,

Your local Municipal Relations Representative will
be scheduling meetings with you to discuss the 2008 Assessment
Update and to answer any questions that you may have. If you
